Getting serious about solar

It’s no secret that climate change is affecting us all: everyday we hear more about pollution and the impact greenhouse gas emissions are having on the atmosphere. Each of us has a responsibility to reduce our eco footprints, to start living in ways that will not impede the quality of life for future generations.

Turning towards the sun

Australia is world-famous for its sunny climate. But despite the fact that we enjoy a natural abundance of sunlight, we don’t always use it to our best advantage. Renewable Energy Target

The Federal government has set a 20% Renewable Energy Target for Australia by the year 2020. This will result in at least 20% of Australia’s electricity supply to be generated from renewable sources such as solar, which is equivalent to powering Australia’s 7.5 million homes a year.
